I have a prestashop 8.2 site that runs one of our ecommerce websites and our POS. Over the last few weeks the system has become intermittently extra slow and will result in timeouts or a 500 error when trying to access the back end.
I would like help to diagnose this issue and to get this sorted to avoid further disruption on our web store.
