“ Hello PH community 👋 Frustrated with low open rates, I deep dived into email deliverability and discovered a lot I didn't know. Fixed and tested everything and tripled my open rates to 65-80%. As a side-project I decided to build a free checklist and toolkit for others to follow. I suspect I'm not the only one who's experienced this issue. I just finished it today and would love some feedback & reviews from the PH community. My goal is to reduce complexity as much as possible and I think I've done that but there's still work to be done especially for people who aren't as technically savvy. Which is why I think there's maybe a business here, but for now I want to listen to you guys and determine if there is a big enough a pain point to build a product or service around. Questions I have for you: 1. Is low email deliverability and low open rates an issue for you? 2. If yes, did the checklist help you? If not, why? Where did you get stuck. 3. Would you be willing to pay to for someone to set it up for you? If yes, how much? If not, why? 现有一个已经上线的连锁门店预约小程序在使用中发现了诸多bug，需要调整优化，比较零碎。比如，选择赠品后应付金额显示成了赠品的原价，应该是零元才对；比如当用户积分和积分规则的区间为：vip2<用户积分<vip3的时候，这个用户应该是vip2，却显示成了vip3；下拉刷新上拉加载时常不灵；比如订单日期，显示了年月日时分秒，太长，把其他内容挤掉了看不见，需要改成只显示”日/月”；比如过去的界面上没有设计当前用户信息的地方，登录进去小程序以后不知道自己是用哪个账号登陆的；比如过去在用户列表上显示的用户微信昵称没有做长度限制，造成遇到某个客户的微信昵称他别长的时候，整个用户列表就会乱，需要改成超出6个字就显示…等。

该项目后端语言是LaravelPHP，前端是VUE，后端也是前后端分离的，是当初的开发者在开源网站上选的小众框架dcat admin，漂亮倒是漂亮，但永久了还是觉得不太完善，需要修改一下后台的筛选方式，目前的筛选方式是，点击筛选项，弹出搜索框，筛选项已经输入在搜索框里了，点一下“搜索”，点过之后还要在弹出层以外的地方再点一下，弹出层才会收缩回去，这时候才能看到筛选结果。希望改成点击筛选项就直接显示筛选结果了。改后端也要懂一点vue才行。

调整完目前的bug以后，未来还会有合作需要，可以长期合作。

Is Swiftpad available for download in IOS App Store? Unfortunately No, Although the core application is written in flutter and the code is most probably compatible with IOS, I don't own a Mac or use an iPhone to verify and add/port IOS-specific parts.
