We are seeking an experienced developer to migrate our e-commerce store from the Wix platform to Shopify. Our current Wix site contains over 350 products across 5 categories with robust product information including images, variants, descriptions and pricing. PLEASE NOTE: We will migrate the customers, order and product data. This should not be included in the proposal. The site contains a fully customized theme with header, footer and responsive design. We require the developer to analyze our existing Wix store and create a migration plan to Design a new Shopify store using a suitable theme Ensure URL redirect are in place SEO is retained All on page SEO is optimised All connections to marketing dashboards such as meta Google PPC are operations to eliminate any downtime or migration issues. The successful candidate will have extensive experience designing and building Shopify stores from scratch as well as migrating stores from other platforms like Wix. The developer should be proficient in Liquid templating language to replicate the existing design templates and troubleshoot any CSS/design issues during the migration. Once the migration is complete, the developer should train our team on basic Shopify administration and guide us through any post-migration optimizations. We expect the entire migration process to be completed within 4-6 weeks.
