Do you want uncapped commissions, and no limit to your earnings potential?

As a National Sales Manager at ACE Models, you will act as an essential resource for generating leads and will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and other interactions. The inside sales role comes with the passionate support of our company and your co-workers around you.

This is a remote opportunity, with preference given to those local to Nashville.

ACE is an event staff modeling agency with a main goal of driving sales and developing new leads for your products and brands during trade shows, conferences, and other promotional. We source talent from all over the United States to ensure an accomplished support staff at events across the country.

By creating unique and memorable experiences, our models excel in furthering audience reach for brands of all sizes. Our job is to get products and brands to stand out from the rest!


YOUR FIRST WEEK

  • Learn about ACE Models and the promotional model industry.
  • Hear from our top home-grown leaders on how to be successful.
  • Participate in our fully paid training and orientation.
  • Familiarize yourself with our business model.
  • Get on the phones and continue to grow your network.

YOUR FIRST MONTH

  • Continue to nurture your portfolio of clients.
  • Negotiate pricing to close the deal.
  • Take charge of client service issues to the point of resolution.

YOUR FIRST SIX MONTHS

  • Be the trusted advisor to your customer, helping manage their promotional staffing needs.
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 10-15 years of related sales experience in the Events Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Demonstrated and progressive success in the events industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and persistent
  • Adaptable and dynamic
  • High energy
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
