Ruby on Rails Backend Developer

 Key Responsibilities:


 
Hiring a Rubyist with 7+ years of experience. 
 
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
 
Review team Pull Requests (PRs) for accuracy, stability, and adherence to best practices.
 
Collaborate with team members through pairing sessions to enhance skills and code quality.
 
Ensure the stability and performance of existing applications, providing support as needed.
 
Engage in code reviews, technical strategy discussions, and system architecture planning to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.


 

   Qualifications:


 
Strong backend developer.
 
Tech Stack: Ruby, Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, UNIX/Linux, XML, SFTP.
 
Enthusiasm and passion for building impactful solutions.
 
Worked for enterprise companies, products in FinTech Space. 
 
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
 
Openness to sharing ideas and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.


 the 1st round of interview will be 60 min assessment test that includes coding on both Ruby and Rails.
