Principal Systems Engineer

Build and optimize scalable distributed database architecture that handles heavy loads
 
Refactor and structure backend modules and endpoints to maximize performance
 
Interact with bitcoin protocol to index and handle large blockchain data
 
Improve threading/memory level code for better load distribution 
 
Create processes to monitor system status and debug failure points


 What we are looking for


 
10+ years of experience in system level software development
 
Public contributions to open source projects. We are looking for well maintained projects to which you have sucessful merged PRs
 
Good mathematical background and communication skills
 
Self written Articles/posts that demonstrate deep understanding of technicals like operating systems/Linux kernel/System architecture
