Job Title: Documentum Technical SME
Job Location: Remote
Job Description: The Contractor shall provide a full-time OpenText Documentum SME with specialized expertise in the Documentum enterprise content management COTS software. The Documentum Technical SME will play a key role in overseeing Documentum solutions development, ensuring performance and reliability of the Documentum solution and related products, and managing the resolution of Documentum, defects, and operational issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, and enhance content management system using OpenText Documentum Content Server, WebTop and OpenText's LiveLink technology.
- Design and develop solutions that address business needs and opportunities; propose changes that would make the Documentum environment a more effective solution.
- Manages the performance of Documentum team resources including staffing and mentoring to ensure development and implementation of high-quality solutions that deliver requirements.
- Lead planning and execution of tasks related to Documentum based initiatives; COTS upgrades and integration with other subsystems;
- Estimate tasks, monitor progress, proactively mitigate risk, ensure complete documentation, and report status.
