The Role:

COMPLY is looking for an experienced Director of Sales, Install Base, to join our Sales team. As we go to market with new products and services, you'll develop, mentor, and lead a team of Key Account Managers and Install Base Account Executives focused on expanding existing client revenue and driving net retention metrics. You'll champion a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales goals and continue to grow our current customer base.

This position reports to the VP, Enterprise Sales, and can work remotely from any US location. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of sales executives working with COMPLY’s existing customer base to drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling new products.
  • Implement new and optimize existing processes, training, and initiatives to support the success of the organization to exceed goals.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Renewals to ensure alignment and overall client success.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Sales Executives by driving a performance culture within the team.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team's performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual performance and historical trends in Salesforce.
  • Provide training and support to the team to better understand the role, COMPLY’s products (industry, market, proposition), and best practices for sales.


Who we are looking for:

  • 6+ years in quota-carrying software sales (preferably a SaaS environment).
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales management role.
  • Track record in hiring, on-boarding, and developing high performing sales executives and leaders.
  • Ability to assess and implement strategic sales processes and systems to enable growth and improve productivity.
  • High energy, driven, and confident with the ability to establish instant credibility and rapport with stakeholders, customers, and leadership team.
  • Ability to thrive within a challenging and fast paced business environment.
  • Proficiency using and implementing a sales methodology and demonstrated experience with a standard SaaS sales tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Ability to look around the corner – anticipate problems of a growing organization before they surface.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience successfully selling SaaS software into the compliance, regulatory and financial services industry.
