Job Description
Position Overview:
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable to revenue. This role will report directly to the Director of Finance and Revenue Operations, while supporting the sales and customer success teams.
The Manager of Revenue Operations will oversee a team of analysts, and be responsible for partnering with business leaders to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, develop key analysis and reporting, and carry out the go-to-market organization’s initiatives efficiently and timely. The ideal candidate will define and action go-to-market processes, have outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities, and deliver key insights with recommendations that translate to growth in the business.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Work cross-functionally to define problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions through to implementation.
Measure key initiatives and programs, collaborate with sales, customer success and business leaders to measure and optimize their respective areas.
Develop data driven forecast models over demand generation, sales and renewals. Use these models to drive performance and identify forward-looking risks and opportunities.
Mentor and develop the analyst team. Provide opportunities for growth and inclusive management practices. Drive efficient and effective execution of the team’s processes.
Provide insights and make recommendations. Develop operational and executive reporting to the business through data modeling and analysis.
Lead aspects of GTM planning and execution across the business (territory, capacity, segmentation, products, cross-selling, pricing, discounting, uplifts, sales, sales development, and customer success).
Develop and implement processes and standards that ensure high data quality for operating teams, reporting, and analytics.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related quantitative field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales strategy, GTM and/ or sales operations function in a fast-growing software/SaaS company is a must.
Doer mentality. Eager to roll up your sleeves and dive into the day-to-day reality of the business, to gain a first-hand understanding of specific challenges and inefficiencies
Experience building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions and action using reporting tools (Salesforce experience required, BI Tool experience beneficial)
Exceptional analytical skills, quantitative skills, and strategic problem-solving skills
Experience managing a team of data analysts
Effective communication skills with the ability to distill complex quantitative data and thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations, especially to executives
Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to juggle and prioritize multiple initiatives
