Print/Pattern design to be used on a textile

Hi all,
Looking for a graphic designer to copy (& edit) an existing pattern.
I will provide a photo of the pattern and require it to be re-made digitally, with some creative edits.
I require a file with resolution of 600dpi or above; in a format that works with Photoshop and with colours separated out by their layers.
