Drawings c150m2 wrap around extension

REQUEST. Any chance someone can help? Experienced architectural designer or equivalent CIRCUMSTANCES. I have simple planning permission drawings (Block Pland & Prposed Floor Plans attached) for a combined 2 storey and single story extension to a house.
