Duration: Ongoing – we’re building a nationwide freelance networkLocation: UK-Wide (site visits required as per project)Compensation: Pay-per-project (rate to be discussed)
Responsibilities:• Develop and present architectural designs based on client briefs• Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD• Conduct site visits for feasibility assessments and data collection• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance• Prepare specifications, reports, and client presentations• Refine design concepts in response to client feedback• Apply sustainable design principles where relevant• Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies
Requirements:• Proven experience in the UK as a Part 1 or Part 2 Architect• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage and guide junior team members when needed• Proficiency with AutoCAD (other tools a plus)• Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits)
