Convert Pine Script into FUNCTIONING Python code

**Needs API to binance for data (no local data download required) and understanding of support /resistance logic**
I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to convert a Pine script into Python. The Pine script is already functional and produces the desired results. However, I need it to be converted to Python to enhance its flexibility and compatibility with other software. The freelancer should have expertise in both Pine and Python programming and be able to plot out the results according to the level of detail provided by me. The project requires attention to detail, and the freelancer should be able to deliver a high-quality conversion that maintains the functionality of the Pine script or the parts that are required.
This shouldn't be too difficult for the right person. 1-2 days turnaround.
Image attached what the Pine code output looks like and how it should look like in Python's plotting. Would work on any timeframe. Should have optional prompts at the beginning of the Python code to ask the settings of the two options of 'Pivot period' and 'No. of pivot points to check'.
