Program one page website. Audio + recording onto server.

Description

Simple web page, for fun on the littlebox.org website.
Programming required:
on one page is a little box, when you click the box and it shows a play button, you can listen to the audio recording. once you've listened you then leave an audio recording for the next person who visits the page. the person can only leave a 30 second recording. they can listen to it, before they over ride the previous recording.
The recordings will all get stored on the server as mp3's.
