Load testing an online survey

I want to test our online survey with 100 Users. The survey is built on a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) on an AWS server We are having intermittent problems with timeouts and I want to be able to log if, where and when the timeout occurs and for which "User" There are 56 questions in the survey, including three that require a written response. The written responses can all be the same "This is my opinion" I want each question to be answered after six seconds. ie the "Next" button is selected after six seconds. Each survey will therefore take about 10 minutes to complete. I do not need the Users to be simultaneous, but I do want the 100 Users to go online within 10 minutes. I may want to be able to run this test many times and easily adjust the number of Users and timing. I want you to talk me through the solution so that I can understand how to run it and make the changes I want to use an Open Source solution and be given the code. AngularJS Stripe Project - Update existing Stripe integration to include 3D secure I currently use the Stripe system and want to install the 3D secure function. Stripe would need to return certain data depending on whether the 3D secure payment was successful. A simple iframe insert would not be suitable as the forms would need to be created on my AngularJS front end that already connects directly with the Stripe api. Current functionality with Stripe includes: • Single payments • Full integration with our own MySQL database The webpage that requires an upgrade is: TBC... Knowledge of good onpage SEO design and practices plus clean quick code is a bonus. Being able to speed up wordpress/website code, utilise CDN/plugins and other page insight tools along with harden and securing websites is also highly desired.
