3d modellers in 3ds/Vray

we are looking for 3d modellers in 3ds/vray that can modeller quickly without plans only using your eye in google maps. See attacehd an example, we produce construction animations but we need the surround and eixsting site modeled and texctured - typically no plans are available, its should take 5 working days, We have at least 4 of these project a month and enough to keep 1 modeler full time. If you are interested PLEASE do not send gaming, character, or interior visuals or put in a higher amount we jsut wont reply. there are so many modellers on there that are terrrible but sometimes we find really talented people!
