program Arduino/similar to remotely read/control 0-10v signals

Description

I need to remotely monitor a couple of 0-10v signals, communicating via data SIM to a free online platform such as arduino cloud or AWS (if it has a free tier)I also need the ability to remotely adjust a digital/virtual 10kΩ resistorIf you specify the parts, I can buy them and assembleI already have a cheap data SIM, a gsm900 shield and a couple of arduino uno r3s although I don't think they integrate with arduino cloud
