I need support building an MVP.

Description

I need an AI developer/programmer to help me put together a minimum viable product. (web-app, telegram bot, etc)
The solution should extract documentation address information - captured by a mobile phone each time - and send the extracted address information to Google Maps.
I need the solution to use the best AI model or models for receipt/document extraction and formatting to provide accurate processing results each time. This is important!
I am willing to spend £100 for the time spent on building the solution, excluding any on-going subscription costs, etc. I need something cheap and quick to begin with.
