2 x local area maps - illustrated in Adobe Illustrator

I require the drawing of 2 x maps in Illustrator, to be fully layered and editable. I will supply 2 google map screen grabs (one attached as only allowed 3 files for examples) and you will create 2 traced vector illustrations of these areas. They will be simplified as per examples provided. PPH won't let me attach an .ai file so only example screen grabs attached. But I can provide if required so you can fully see what it is I will need to be supplied. Colours and fonts are not overly important as these will match the final brochure design - this is why the illustrations need to be fully layered and editable for final styling.
