I'm looking for a an architect to design a villa and submit the following:
- Interior / Exterior designs- Interior elevations and designs- Floor plans- 3D designs
The villa is on a land area of 407 smqt and certain guidelines must be followed based on local regulations. The look and feel of the villa is "Classic Modern look".
Delivery time is not immediate but quality of work is more important.

I need a designer to take my simple guide design (in PowerPoint) and create a more creative and impactful design and associated print ready digital files for a popup display (Three panels) and counter. Please see the attached elements. Any questions please reach out! Please provide a cost, link to your other work. A delivery schedule.
