Watercolour from elevation drawing

We would like to create an attractive representation of our 17 century barn that we have permission to convert to a 4 bed house. The property is a 2500 sq ft 4 bed barn conversion, it is in the countryside so lots of greenery, trees, flowers would help represent it. It has parking at the front, and a garden that leads onto fields and countryside at the back. The roof will be a zinc/metal, the walls are old English stone, the windows traditional wood. The building has an extension that is double height, with a timber framed glass wall overlooking the garden. I have a dwg file that shows the elevation.
