Custom UX/UI Design for a bespoke CRM

We are looking for a skilled designer to help us with a custom UX/UI for our bespoke CRM. We are very much taking inspiration from Apples simplistic and easy to use theme and have a very specific criteria. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail as well as a passion for creating beautiful UX/UI designs. To prove this please start your proposal with upodcrm. This CRM although simplistic will be very design heavy and we are trying to make a system with a ton of user first features inviting and easy to use. You will need to be available over the phone and be able to work solely on this until completion. The budget set is for phase one of the design, there is likely to be 2-3 phases.
