conversion from C++ written for Arduino to C written for AVR-GCC

The code is written for Arduino and it is written in C++. Totally they are 4600/4700 lines. 1) I need to convert from C++ to C (AVR-GCC is the compiler I generally use). 2) I need to convert from Arduino to a generic ATMEGA MCU, like ATMEGA 328 or ATMEGA 1284. It is important the readability of the code written, so the use of an automatic conversion and leave it like it is does not give the expected results. I attach the whole code. I omitted only the .h file. I collapsed all the .cpp .ino files into one file so to let possible to upload here. I attach also the screenshot of the structure of the files. I will send the .zip of all the files.

Finish an iOS app & create android version

I have the source code, the app is nearly finished pending 2 features. 1. Integrate keychain (and android equivalent) for logging in to the app 2. Solve notification issues, currently only increases badge icon when you open it and not while closed. A banner/dropdown notification would be needed in addition and a way to "clear" each notifications. After confirmation, port the entire app to have an android copy and then assist in publishing to live.

Child and Sponsor Charity Messaging System

We are a registered charity and we aim to create a system to keep our children's sponsors updated with information about the children they support. We need a secure system to ensure that data cannot be stolen. At this stage, the system will not process any payments, nor will it require sponsors to have a login. The primary purpose is for me, as the admin, to send email updates and keep track of sponsors. I am sure as this develops in future phases you'll have more work with embedding payments and sponsor portal logins etc.. this I just a start. Although I am not a professional programmer, I have developed an interface using Bootstrap to illustrate the system's functionality and layout. I am open to other approaches, and the Bootstrap design is simply a guide. I would also need some advice on the how scheduled emails work, do I need to use something like sendgrid integrated with this or am I okay just using SMTP to schedule and send email updates. Attached, you will find a PDF containing screenshots of the interface and explanations of its features. I am confident that your expertise will help us develop a great system at a reasonable cost.
