Shopify Website Coding Small Tweaks

Description

I have some small website edits that need implementing, they should be fairly straightforward and quick for someone who knows what they're doing.
Issue 1:Option to add a note at cart page currently has to be expanded/collapsed to show (see image)Resolution:I want the text box to be expanded when they land on the page rather than minimized, I don't mind if it is permanently open or whether they have the option to collapse it still
Issue 2:We have a carousel style list of product collections on our homepage but the height of it is very small.Resolution:Approximately double the height of all the collections in the carousel. (see image)
Issue 3:We have a video section on the website which is full width and takes up the whole screen when on a desktop/laptop. (see image)Resolution:I would like this to be approximately 30% smaller on desktop version (Doesn't need to be full width can just be centre of screen) Would ideally like to keep the video the same size on mobile version.
