AWS Boto3 Python developer needed

Description

Hi there. I am working on a test project where I need to create the ability for users to download files from an S3 bucket. The idea is to send a download link to a recipient so whatever can be done to prevent the link from being opened by anyone other than the email recipient would be the goal. If you feel you are qualified to engineer this solution, please indicate your qualifications with previous experience. Solution must be developed using Python. Thanks.
