Manual data extraction from PDF files into Word and excel

Description

This is a POC long term project. We are looking to extract data from huge number of PDF files and webpages saved as PDF format.The files can be structured or scanned PDFs. Need a data conversion/extraction specialist who can use AI or manual data processing to correctly analyse the files and extract the data from these PDFs into excel and Word files (we can require any of these two formats).Applicant must be experienced and capable of converting data 100% accurately and be able to provide faster output.
