Create SVG Animated Icons

Description

I need a designer that is experience in creating animated SVG icons.
I have a series of 7 icons I want to add some basic animation to that will then be used on a web page. For example on the attached, the lady pointing I would like her arm to wave her pointer around, the printer I would like the paper to move down slightly, the megaphone sound to move out, the red arrow icon to be moving in the up direction, the computer with the globe the globe should spin, the embroidery machine the bar in the middle perhaps swings from left to right and the the window cleaner the cleaner moves down and the stars appear.
