It is conversion of 1st floor provide 2 * 2 Bedroom Flats, The key points area as follows. 1) only the G.F plan is to scale, and the other are only sketches. 2)The g.f.and 1st floor are of the same area. 3)The staircase leading to the upper floors is from the rear entrance.
