Final Design Polish for Digital ebook (Refinement Only)

Hi There,
I have created a professional digital toolkit designed to help employees navigate difficult workplace situations. The content is fully written, structured, and designed to a strong standard already. The current design has been built using Canva, with consistent branding, fonts, and a well-organised layout.
I am now looking for a skilled designer to complete the final stage of design refinement. The objective is to take what is already very good and elevate it to a highly polished, publication-ready standard, suitable for both print and digital download.
Important note:This is not a full design job or a full redesign. The structure, content, and most of the design work are complete. The focus is on refining layout consistency, adding clear section dividers, and ensuring everything is clean, consistent and professionally finished.
What the project involves:
Create clean section divider pages before each major section using the provided titles. These will include simple, professional, relevant images (workplace wellbeing, neutral tone, no stocky corporate clichés or clipart).
Use a calm, supportive, professional design style throughout.
Ensure all page numbering is consistent throughout (point size 9, same placement on every page).
Ensure logo placement and logo size are identical on every page.
Review and standardise font styles, bullet lists, headings, subheadings, and general spacing to maintain consistency across approximately 40+ pages.
Ensure the reflection and activity sections have consistent, adequate space for users to write in.
Deliver two versions:
Print-ready high-resolution PDF (suitable for professional printing)
Digital download PDF version (for ecommerce sales)
What I will provide you:
The full current design file exported from Canva.
All current images, logos and assets.
A clear list of section titles for divider pages.
A simple style reference and brief to guide the final polish.
Access to original Canva files if helpful for smoother export or image consistency.
The tone and feel:
Supportive, professional, and calm.
Not corporate, not overly clinical, not overly colourful.
Clean and simple design that makes the toolkit easy to read and work through.
Supportive of individuals dealing with sensitive workplace issues.
The right person for this job:
Detail-oriented with excellent skills in layout polish and publication design.
Experience preparing workbooks or digital toolkits for both print and digital formats.
Familiar with creating clean, modern, user-friendly layouts.
Comfortable refining work that is already well-advanced.
Familiar with Canva and able to work with Canva exports.
Able to work relatively quickly as this is not a large full-scale build.
This job is perfect for someone who enjoys adding that final layer of polish to existing work and preparing materials for professional publication.
