3D design for 5 BHK

Description

I seek an experienced 3D designer to conceptualize and model the interior spaces of a large 5 bedroom home. The virtual design should include realistic renders showcasing the aesthetics and functionality of the main living areas including the living room, dining area, kitchen as well as the master bedroom and ensuite. Individual 3D assets of key fixtures and furnishings may also be required. The design theme is contemporary tropical and materials will include wood, stone and glass. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience designing high-end residential interiors in programs like Autodesk Revit, SketchUp or 3ds Max. Portfolio highlighting past virtual projects of similar scale and detail is necessary. Quality of work is my top priority along with quick turnaround of initial drafts.
