Fix 404 Error on Tracking Page

Description

I recently purchased Deprixa Basic – Courier Freight Forwarding & Shipping Software Solutions V3.5 from Envato Market and deployed it on my server, following the provided installation guide.
The admin panel is working well — I can create tracking numbers, and they display correctly in the backend. However, when I visit the website frontend and try to use the tracking feature, I get a 404 error after clicking the search button.
I'm looking for a skilled developer to:
Identify and fix the 404 error on the tracking page
Ensure tracking numbers display correctly on the frontend
Check any routing, URL rewriting, or .htaccess issues
Test functionality after resolving the issue
I'll provide server access, screenshots, and links to help with debugging. Prior experience with PHP-based shipping or courier systems (like Deprixa) is a plus.
