I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a standalone application that monitors a UK vehicle listings platform for new adverts, based on a combination of native and custom filters. The tool should run on Windows, include a clean, user-friendly interface, and support basic alerting features.
I’m open to any language or tech stack as long as the final tool: • Is stable and reliable • Has a GUI (desktop preferred, not just command-line) • Works smoothly on a Windows machine • Meets the functionality outlined below
