Evaluate how my website is configured as it relates to design, hosting, and email account management. Work directly with my web design person who transitioned and re-designed my website. When they moved me from being hosted by SiteGrounds and on WordPress to being hosted by Squarespace about a year ago, something broke. When cancelling my hosting package with SiteGrounds (because I was told I was now hosted by Squarespace), my email went down. It was down for a day while my web design person tried to figure it out. Finally, I renewed with SiteGrounds, and everything started working again. I need to understand if I truly should be paying for both SiteGrounds and Squarespace. If not, I want support when migrating in case something breaks. I need to be taught how to manage email accounts at my company. I knew how to add/remove/edit email accounts when I was with SiteGrounds/Wordpress, but I don't know how to do it since moving to Squarespace. I am very tech savvy. But I don't understand how web design/hosting/admin all works together so I don't know enough to help my web design person or myself. Ha!
