About Us: We’re a remote-first development team building high-performance, SEO-focused websites and AI tools. Our tech stack leans on strong opinions — but we're always open to better ones, especially when they improve performance and simplify complexity. Project Overview: Our current setup uses a headless WordPress backend paired with a Next.js frontend. It functions — but behind the scenes, performance and stability issues are slowing us down. We’re currently experiencing: API call bottlenecks Inconsistent caching behavior Page hydration/render issues General slowness during build and runtime We’re looking for someone who can not only identify these issues, but: Diagnose root causes Explain what needs improvement Recommend smarter architectural patterns Ship a working fix or improvement prototype This is a standalone technical task with the potential to grow into a long-term development role if there’s a good fit. Requirements: Proven experience with hybrid stacks (e.g. Next.js + headless CMS) Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Ability to communicate trade-offs and technical decisions clearly Willingness to document findings and solutions Comfortable working independently and asynchronously How to Apply Please send a brief proposal describing how you’d approach analyzing and improving a stack like ours. What would you assess first, and how would you go about diagnosing it? If it sounds like a match, we’ll follow up with a short technical form. Why Join Us Real technical challenges with immediate impact Quick, thoughtful feedback loops Remote, async-friendly team Long-term opportunities for developers who thrive on autonomy and clarity Employment Type: Freelance / Contract (Potential for Long-Term Role)

About Us: We’re a remote team focused on building high-performing websites and AI tools that drive real traffic. Our projects are rooted in performance SEO, and we value hands-on contributors who focus on measurable impact — not just surface-level metrics. The Project: We’re starting with a specific task: build quality backlinks to one of our AI-focused landing pages. Your job will be to propose a clear backlink strategy, implement it, and show tangible results. If your process is sound and execution meets expectations, we’re ready to extend this into a long-term SEO role. What We’re Looking For We’re not seeking link sellers, outsourced gigs, or vague DR/DA talk. We’re looking for someone who can: Develop real link-building strategies (no automation shortcuts) Execute outreach or placement with transparency Share real examples and lessons learned Demonstrate how their work improved visibility, traffic, or rankings Ideal Background: Experience building backlinks from scratch (not buying them) Able to walk through how links were earned and why Can share anonymized screenshots or public examples of your results Comfortable analyzing performance and iterating your approach Results-focused, with strong communication and documentation skills How to Apply: Send a brief proposal that includes: Your general link-building approach A real example of links you built and the results you got One mistake or learning experience, and what you’d do differently A realistic goal you’d set for this project (e.g., “5 editorial links in 2 weeks”) If it’s a strong fit, we’ll send you a short follow-up form to dive deeper. What You’ll Get Long-term role potential if your work aligns with our strategy Full autonomy and async flexibility Transparent collaboration with a team that values substance over noise Freelance / Contract (Potential for Ongoing SEO Work)
