Clean up website design add lms (learnpress, sensei etc)

Description

I need a designer who can:
Make revisions and additions to word press website:
Revise the existing footerIntegrate payment gateway (stripe) and enable existing user dashboard to store files purchased through website programs that can be accessed/download at a later time by the user. Tidy up dashboard and make sure that checkout process is clean and working properly.Make minor revisions on 3 course pages to make design and colours consistent and clean up designChange homepage courses section back to be similar to previous design.Make small revisions to logo (make smaller I have original file)
Finally I need to create a standalone course (using an lms.)
There is already a page displaying details of the course and If users clicks ‘access now’ I would like the following to happen:
The user will be directed to login or register depending if they have an account or not. They can then access the course directly from their dashboard in a 7 day drip style. The course will be a 7 day set up with 7 media files (video/audio.) There are no assessments or quiz’s and I do not want to display instructor details or anything else.
