Expanding Brand Guidelines for a Website/Platform

Description

We have a logo, colour palette, and font selected already...but we need to expand on this elements to come up with a more detailed branding guidelines for our website/platform developper.
More specifically, we would need:
On a separate topic, we will need a bit more support from you on the previous request. How much would you charge to give the below:
•Logo type explanations: We would need you to suggest us which and how we use the logos like in this example: https://tiktokbrandbook.com/d/HhXfjVK1Poj9/design#/basics/logo•Colour palette: We have three main colours (core colour palette) but what we need more colours to use (including the font)? what could be the extended colour palette? example: https://tiktokbrandbook.com/d/HhXfjVK1Poj9/design#/basics/color•Typography guidelines would be good at least to see guidelines for "headlines, subheadlines, body copy, disclaimer texts" and maybe CTA style suggestions as in the example link.
We will share with you our logo/design upon confirmation of the project.
