Project Overview: We are an established event parking business located near major venues (Co-op Live Arena and Etihad Stadium in Manchester), offering secure, pre-bookable parking for event-goers. We are looking to build a custom CRM system that will centralise our operations, improve customer experience, automate marketing, and streamline admin tasks.
