Design Small Villa Exterior

IMPORTANT INTRODUCTION:I am an experienced client of architectural and interior design work (mostly through other platforms).I follow a specific work sequence in order to minimize waste of time and effort on both the freelancer's side and my side.I also provide very detailed instructions and comments to minimize misunderstandings and waste of time and effort.
KINDLY READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
SCOPE OVERVIEW:This job is to design the exterior for a small villa (including the exterior of the villa building, the front fence, the front terrace, swimming pool, garden, garage area, rooftop garden). The floor plans for the villa have already been designed, and I will provide an AutoCad file to the selected freelancer. The scope may require the selected freelancer to suggest and make very limited adjustments to the floor plans (if necessary).
DESIGN STYLE: Ultra Modern
REQUIRED DELIVERY TIME: Within 30 calendar days after job award
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (for final approved design):
3D RENDERINGS:1- Four (4) daytime 3D renderings for the villa itself (we will discuss the camera angles)2- Three (3) daytime 3D renderings for the garden/swimming pool/garage area3- One (1) daytime 3D rendering for the front terrace (which will also include a water curtain fountain)4- Two (2) daytime 3D renderings for the rooftop garden5- Two (2) night time 3D rendering for the villa and front terrace (one including the front fence and one without the front fence)6- One (1) nighttime 3D rendering for the garden/swimming pool/garage area
MODIFIED FLOOR PLANS (if applicable): IF the floor plans were adjusted, provide the modified villa floor plans in both PDF and DWG
ANIMATION VIDEO: An animation video is required for the entire villa from all sides at daytime and ending with nighttime, including views that begin from the street.
ALL 3D RENDERINGS AND VIDEO MUST BE PHOTO REALISTIC HIGH RESOLUTION.
I will decide the different angles and zooms at the right time prior to creating these 3D renderings.
STEPS:In order to not waste time and effort in producing 3D renderings prematurely, the creation of the first version of the 3D renderings shall be delayed until after going through a series of preceding steps and iterations as follows:
STEP 1: The freelancer shall first suggest the elements by providing images and web links to each suggested element (including examples of house designs in youtube and elsewhere that incorporated these elements), and explain their suggested locations on the building exterior and front fence exterior.
After accepting these suggestions or any revisions (based on my comments), the selected elements are considered preliminary and maybe changed later after visualizing them in the next steps.
STEP 2: WITHOUT producing 3D renderings, create 3D modeling of the suggested design and provide 3D modeling screenshots (not renderings) for all design aspects and sections.Discussions in this step may involve changing some of the elements that were previously accepted in STEP 1.This step may also involve revisions and iterations of the 3D modeling screenshots based on my comments.
STEP 3: Create the first set (version) of some of the required 3D renderings after getting my instructions on the camera angles and zooms.Discussions in this step may result in changing some of the elements that were previously accepted in STEPs 1 and 2 (after visualizing them better in this step).After revisions based on my comments, we can go to the next step.
STEP 4: Produce a second revision of some of the 3D renderings. If the design is settled and accepted, we proceed to the next step, otherwise, produce the needed revisions.
STEP 5: Produce the final set of the complete 3D renderings.
STEP 6: Produce the animation video.
