I'm seeking guidance on understanding SQL Execution Plan reports generated by Dbeaver or similar tools. While I used these reports extensively over a decade ago, I've lost practice. Now, I need to optimize the time for a specific SQL set, and revisiting these reports with an expert will help refresh my understanding and enable me to make improvement suggestions.
I do not expect the freelancer to change existing scripts or access the DB but be able to make suggestions looking at the execution plans and the SQLs that will be delivered by me. Here the aim is to help me to remember how to do this so that I can do these evaluations and find bottlenecks myself.
