Hi, I’m looking for an experienced fashion designer or technical designer to create a detailed tech pack for a fully knitted Christmas jumper. This isn’t a printed sweatshirt — it’s a proper jacquard knitted garment, but I’m aiming for a soft-feel, sweatshirt-like finish rather than traditional chunky knitwear. Think fine gauge knit with comfortable, wearable fabric. Office Layout

I want to be able to fit 6 desks, a small space for a sink and a kettle, and a meeting room. This is on a mezzanine floor (see the attached photo). The size of the floor area is 5.82 x 10.95 metres. Please take into account the staircase (in the attached photo) which is on the shorter length of the space. We could use glass dividers for the meeting room to ensure that the natural light isn't wasted.
