Two page mockup into HTML & Bootstrap pages, light and dark mode

We have mocked up two pages for a new webpage for some tablets to have on them. We need these converted into basic HTML pages. We will then turn these into dynamic pages populating the information from a SQL datasource. These should be done in both a light and dark mode. The tablets are 1920x1200 pixels so the pages should be designed for this. We have standardised on using bootstrap for these pages (we have some current ones) so this should be used.
