Storyboard for an illustrated children book

Hello,
We are looking for assistance in turning a written script into a visual storyboard. We have a script for a book that needs to be illustrated, and our artist requires a rough draft for each panel in the storyboard.
The artist will be responsible for creating the final illustrations based on the provided drafts, but they are not able to do the initial interpretation of the text into visual concepts.
