Early concept design for block of Retirement Apartments

Description

We seek a skilled designer to conceptualize floor plans and layouts for a multi-level retirement apartment complex situated on a site in the UK. Working from the provided Land Registry Title Plan, the designer must envision how to optimize the space to incorporate access, parking, garden spaces, and residential units across three floors.
Initial drafts should illustrate general configurations for the ground, first, and second levels with consideration for tenant flow between areas. Functional qualities like entrance placement, amenity zoning, and unit sizes/shapes must be balanced with an aim toward maximum living potential.
The aim at this stage is to use the drawings as a starting point to discuss the scheme with Planning.
Attached a similar scheme which perfectly illustrates the scope of works at this early stage.
Going forward there will be a requirement for further detailed drawings as a separate and more involved body of works.
