Your Role:
Refine and optimize voice flows for incoming inquiries
Build outbound workflows for follow-ups and lead qualification
Implement escalation logic to hand off to live agents or a call center
Sync voice system with our CRM, calendar, and email tools
Provide guidance on when to use AI vs. human interaction
