Reformatting slides from 1st presentation into style of 2nd pres

I seek an expert graphic designer to reformat an existing presentation into a new style format. The first presentation contains slides with a purple background color that need reformatting according to the design template of a second presentation created for Old Square Tax Chambers. All content such as text, graphs and charts should be retained but reconfigured visually as specified. Skilled duplication of exact slide layouts, fonts, formatting, backgrounds and theming to transition the first deck inline with the legal firm's existing style is required. Attention to design consistency, ease of reading and professional appearance across all rebuilt slides is important. Ability to replicate presentation designs accurately while preserving original content is crucial. Experience reformatting slides between varying templates and an eye for visual alignment, readability and aesthetics would serve this task well. If you have another suggestion for colour other than the orange colour for many of the graphics, it would really help if the graphics could be converted to a more appealing colour.
