Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full stack Developer to join our team. As a full stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with our team of developers and engineers to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Duties:- Develop and maintain software applications using Python programming language- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:- Strong proficiency in Python programming language- Experience with other programming languages such as C++, Java, or .NET is a plus- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL- Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services- Familiarity with Linux operating system- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus

We are wanting to build and develop a AI software platform for a podcast & personal brand marketing agency.
The software is needed to edit Premier pro files from a podcast long clip. We currently have started developing Premier pro scripts that can take a transcript from a Google sheet and…- create chapter markers,remove duplication words.Make sentences more synced (removing waffle and over explaining)edit the podcast in effectcreate reels in new sequencesProduce Trailer sequencesWhat we’re looking to do now is toBuild the UI and UX so this customer friendly or team friendly tool to use.Using something like Airtable or similar to develop out how to teach an AI model what we are currently taking out by human selection…what clips the select for reelshow to name the chapterswhat time stamps the chapters would stop and start on
All of that currently is done in the Google sheet by human and we like to train an AI model toIdentify what we identify
Develop it further from what we are able to humansBe able to show us it out to tell us white selected different words from the transcript for clips (see inside the black box) so that we can know how to continue to develop the prompts to ensure a better outcome.
We want to be able to tell it whether we think that’s correct or not so it can learn over time.Also by being able to pull stats from YouTube, Instagram, etc to know videos went viral videos, what ones didn’t do very well and so we can make the best content engine machine possible…This is very early stages.
So we’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas.We’ve looked at AI agents also, whether having a “team” of agents acting as a team of social media agency workers would work too.The roadmap for this product is still infant but we want to be able to take the podcast transcripts and re write spoken English transcript into written English to be able to form parts of a client’s future book project, as a lot of their back story and also teaching points come out during podcast sessions.This in an in person role.
