Maths Expert - ELO & Glicko formulas

Hi
ELO and Glicko are mathematical formulas commonly used to rate chess players.
However, we are currently using Glicko in order to asses the skill of amateur tennis players from their match results.
We want to work with a mathematician to help us to modify the formula for when players win and lose tournaments.
