Company logo design

Hello! We are a tech start-up (Red Eagle Tech) and need a creative, experienced individual to design our company logo. We will provide a document with several logo examples and our comments around what designs we like and what we don't like. We also have our draft company brand guidelines including fonts and colour scheme. Both of these will be supplied to the chosen candidate to aid the design process. What we want from our logo: -Relatively simple, stylized, modern, unique logo featuring an eagle facing to the right with 'Red Eagle Tech' text - though we are open to seeing other layout suggestions. -Two different layouts (layout examples included in the 'logo ideas' document) -Needs to work well when also printed as white on a dark background -Incorporate different red brand colours e.g. gradient or different red colours in different parts -We are also open to some of the secondary colours appearing in the logo in some areas What we're looking for in the designer: -Experienced in logo design -Keen to fully understand requirements -Work with us until we love the result We are also looking for someone who can also make any suggestions to make our brand and logo stand out. Convert 2D floor plan of a flat (apartment) into a 3D model.

I have a DWG file created in AutoCAD with a 2D floor plan of a three bedroom flat (circa 54m2 of floor area). I need this floor plan to be converted into a 3D model of the flat that will include furniture, bathroom and kitchen cupboards. The model can be redrawn if needed in any software of your choice so long as the dimensional accuracy to 50mm is maintened. I do not mind how this is achieved but an output similar to what MagicPlan software can generate would be ideal. Deliverables: -3D interactive model that can be viewed online by someone without installing any apps or login requirements -Screenshots of the 3D model in JPG format (each room from two angles) or a video “walkthrough” of the model, 1 to 2 minutes long. -Source file of the model that can later be edited if needed with clear information what software (including version) was used to generate the model - any reference to units needs to be in metric system (mm)

This pack will include all the details required to make dresses, tops, trousers and skirts for the manufacturer. It will include best types of fabrics, standard UK sizes and US sizes, pattern design, garment measurements, pantone colours, prints, scale of print, artwork and all small details you can think of to help the manufacturer based on your experience. I am looking for a very detail and quality tech pack to showcase my ideas. I need this to be well illustrated and detail. I have some samples I will like to share with with you. I will like us to work together and will need a video call if possible to explain anything that is not clear.
