Design of 2 options for a scientific conference poster

Description

I need your help designing a poster for a scientific conference that I'm participating in.I'm sharing the specifications for 2 options that I would like designed. The first design follows the attached poster format, but with the updated information as per the attached document. The other design should follow the attached document specifications.
Please let me know if you are able to help and how long it would take you to complete the 2 options for the design.
The expected deliverables are 2 .ai files, each containing a design.
*Note: The word version of the materials (text content) will be shared once the job is accepted to facilitate the copying and pasting. However, the old poster is only available in the pdf format.
