Near R hand corner top layer is round, bottom layer is square, and is attached by a piano hinge. Not a lot or room to go underneath with an elastic. Redesign of existing apartment building floor plans

I have a consented site with 140 odd apartments, I need to change the layouts to intensify the scheme to 180 units. I have the .dwg files that can be amended. Time to completion must be within 7 days. We will need to check and make any comments and these revisions be included. Finally we must receive a full drawing pack including site plan, bin bike store locations, elevations (which I have in .dwg format already). I have attached the second floor existing and my amends for the second floor as an example. There is 5 floors in total and then basement area.
